What is HTML <hr/> tag ?
HTML <hr/> tag defines a thematic change between HTML elements inside webpage.
In HTML4, <hr/> tag was used to draw a horizontal line on the page visually separating the content.
But in HTML5 it has a semantic tag (paragraph-level break) meaning.
