What is HTML <cite> tag ?
HTML <cite> tag specifies a text citation.
HTML <cite> tag defines the title of a work(eg book name, poem, song etc.,)
Usually text inside the <cite> element is rendered in italic.
But we can change this behaviour with CSS using the font-style property.
How HTML <cite> tag works ?
HTML <cite> tag specifies a text citation.
Whenever the mouse is placed over the text, text citation will be displayed.
Citation text are inserted between the starting <cite> and ending </cite> tags.
